I close that gap, and build the systems that carry a company into its next stage.
I find where growth has outrun the infrastructure, then rebuild the model, the metrics, and the operating cadence that let a company scale.
Available for board and advisory roles, consulting engagements, CFO / COO leadership, and speaking.

I treat the finance function as the machinery a company uses to decide. I get close to the business, clarify the economics, build the operating rhythm, and develop the team, so leaders can see growth quality, margin, retention, and investment tradeoffs clearly. I am most useful where complexity is rising: multiple acquisitions, hybrid SaaS and hardware models, margin pressure, or a business that needs to professionalize for scale.
The systems are the craft. People are the point. I am here to build lasting relationships and to serve the teams and leaders I work with, and every operating system I build is in service of someone making a better decision.

VEI teaches roughly 35,000 students a year to build and run real businesses. It is the clearest expression of what I believe about how people learn to lead.
