AI Projects
Two organizations get fused under a clock and against a valuation, and no tool tells the CFO what the end-state entity structure should be or what it costs to get there. I am building one.

PolarAIs is an AI-enabled operating system for M&A integration, built on the same thesis that runs through my finance and operating work: organize the decision system first, then intelligence has something true to stand on.

The problem

Where integration decision systems break

M&A integration is where a company's decision systems come under the most acute stress. Two organizations, one clock, one valuation, and no single picture of what the combined entity should look like or what getting there costs.

The system

What the CFO who owns an integration gets

01
One live picture
Every entity in the deal, in one place, not scattered across a data room.
02
Gated decisions
Integration decisions gated on the dependencies they actually depend on, not run in parallel by habit.
03
A priced target structure
A target legal entity structure, priced from Day 1, not discovered by month six.
Where it stands

Six prototypes, no platform yet

Six working prototypes are built. I am validating the model directly with finance and integration leaders through discovery interviews before building the platform. Founder and owner.

Companies outgrow their decision systems before they outgrow their markets.
